The Management Team

Andrew Lees

Andrew, until November 2008 worked for another care provider as a branch manager. Andrew worked at this office from October 2003 and was appointed registered manager in July 2004. During this time he built up an excellent reputation with a number of local authorities. Andrew has been instrumental in Comfort Call's expansion into the North West of England and is currently living near Manchester.

Rosemary Adams

Rosemary Adams has operated the domiciliary care company, The Fetteresso Company Limited for over 15 years, working from offices in Middlesbrough, Sunderland and South Tyneside and gaining contracts with five local authorities. Rosemary is Comfort Call's Nominated Individual. She has completed her Registered Manager's Award and has also successfully completed the health and safety course "Managing Safely" which is approved and validated by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. Rosemary lives in York with her two children Felix and Hugo.

Jonathan Lees

After graduating with a 2:1 History Degree in 2006, Jonathan worked for a care provider as a registered manager before purchasing Comfort Call in 2008. Jonathan is responsible for the company's quality standards and was responsible for the company's Quality Management System recently being re evaluated as fully compliant with BS:EN9001:2008. He has also been instrumental in helping the company attain a Contractors for Health and Safety Accreditation.
