Comfort Call are a family run business owned and managed locally by Rosemary Adams, Andrew Lees and Jonathan Lees. The company was acquired in November 2008, employing only 11 staff, and the directors embarked on a programme of improving quality, policies and procedures and staff training.
As a result by June 2012, Comfort Call now employs in excess of 1500 highly trained care workers delivering services in over 13 local authority areas. Comfort Call aim to provide high quality care and support to anyone in receipt of their service and pride themselves on the training their staff undertake prior to employment and the diverse range of services we can offer.

The company wish to Safeguard and support the well-being of our customers by providing care and support services designed to assist them to remain living in their own homes, whenever possible whilst preserving maximum independence, quality of life and promoting life opportunities.
Following a tender sucess in early 2012, Comfort Call have now opened new offices to provide care and support to the residents of Kirklees.
